Company Introduction:
Production process of aluminum profiles: The production process of aluminum profiles includes three processes: Melting, extrusion and coloring (coloring mainly includes oxidation, electrophoretic coating, fluorocarbon coating, powder coating, wood grain transfer printing, etc. ). 1. Melting and casting is the first process of aluminum production. The main process is as follows: (1) Batching: Calculate the addition amount of various alloy components according to the specific combination number to be produced, and reasonably match various raw materials. (2) Smelting: Add the prepared raw materials into the smelting furnace for melting according to the process requirements, and effectively remove the impurities and gases in the melt by degassing and slag removal refining. (3) Casting: Under certain casting process conditions, molten aluminum is cooled and cast into round cast rods of various specifications through deep-well casting system. 2. Extrusion: Means of forming extruded profiles. First, the mold is designed and manufactured according to the section of the profile product, and the heated round cast rod is extruded from the mold by the extruder. The commonly used 6063 alloy has also been heat treated and strengthened by an air cooling quenching process and the artificial aging process after it. Different grades of heat-treatable strengthening alloys have different heat treatment systems. 3. Coloring (mainly about oxidation process here) Oxidation: The extruded aluminum alloy profile has poor corrosion resistance on its surface. It must be treated by anodic oxidation to increase the corrosion resistance, wear resistance and appearance beauty of the aluminum material. The main process is as follows: (1) Surface pretreatment: Clean the profile surface with chemical or physical methods, and expose the pure substrate, in order to obtain a complete and dense artificial oxide film. Mirror or matte (matte) surfaces can also be obtained by mechanical means. (2) Anodizing: After surface pretreatment, the profile will undergo anodic oxidation on the substrate surface under certain process conditions, producing a dense, porous and strong adsorption AL203 film. (3) Hole sealing: The pore of the porous oxide film formed after anodizing is sealed, which enhances the anti-pollution, corrosion resistance and wear resistance of the oxide film. The oxide film is transparent. With the strong adsorption of the sealed oxide film, some metal salts are adsorbed and deposited in the film hole, which can make the appearance of the profile show many colors other than the natural color (silver white), such as black, bronze, gold and stainless steel.
